SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. Scope of application

Scope of application: all provinces in the country.


2. Delivery and receiving time

- The delivery period will be specified by Viettel Post transportation unit.

- The delivery time is from completing the purchase procedure on the website to receiving the goods.

Note: In case of late delivery, Merlion Vietnam will provide information and support to customers in time so that customers can track the delivery order.


3. Transportation policy

- The goods are distributed by Viettel Post directly from factories and distributors to each customer according to the requirements, and Viettel Post is fully responsible for the customer.

- The freight of each order is paid by the customer.

- The transportation cost will be specified by the transportation unit of Viettel Post.

4. Delineation of responsibilities

- The transportation partner is responsible for providing transportation services in accordance with the requirements and service standards set out and agreed upon in the cooperation contract; commits to implement the delivery policy and the policy of compensation for damage if the error of the shipping partner causes damage to the buyer or to us during the service provision.

Merlion Vietnam Company is responsible for urging the supplier and the carrier in case the order is delayed to be delivered to the Customer.

-  The customer is responsible for checking the order before receiving it, if it is found that the goods are damaged, broken, etc., please confirm with the delivery staff or contact Merlion Vietnam directly to confirm the information, to take the best course of action.

-  In case of shipping on holidays and New Year's holidays due to limited transportation policy, we will contact customers directly to agree on delivery time.
